As team member of Lambda front and a weld tested ,I like the job and hope to be offered a contract soon it is a phenomenal place to work with high safety standards and the people are all helpful when your new.

Useless company. they break and bend labor laws of Canada. Very rude, don't give proper breaks. hard working place, pay is okay. but very inhuman not to give proper breaks. during work on the station, if you ever by chance have to go to washroom. forget it. companies like these go bankrupt, the productions goes down the hill, but doing so, hurt average hardworking people, who have no choice but to work their and don't complain because they need money to survive. bunch of losers.

Worst place I ever worked at! Please read carefully. this company is a complete waste of time. They use people like salves. If they put you in W series just quit already. I worked for W series & honestly busted my ass to keep the line running. Also I trained new guys on their system always got better numbers then people before me. Worked everysingle day except Sunday. I worked there for a good month & I thought I had a good connection with my fellow supervisors & team leaders. After working all week including Saturday, they called me on Sunday telling me I’m terminate. I asked they why what happen ? Apparently I work for a agency so They don’t even know why. I’m really mad at this company I hope you guys don’t fall into my mistake. I really hated working their but it was a job & it paid bills that being said.I was never late there either, not one day I was late.Anybody that thinks this company is a good fit for them it isn’t unless your a supervisor or somthing office related.. Their is over 1200 salves working their don’t be one of them & that’s not including your supervisors. Lesson learned Hope this helps. Goodluck....

Very friendly and easy job environment, lots of room to grow. Just follow the rules and policies and keep social distance due to covid. Always wear your PPE and you will have an awesome time. Only one thing keep in mind is that they have rotating shifts.

It's a great place to work my work mates are great my team leaders are great office staff are understanding and compationat money is good benifits are great I recommend this place for work absolutely

awful place to work, everything is always breaking down, and they expect an outrageous quota, I was contract and was told to stick around ill be hired full time when they choose, instead got laid off, waste of 3 years. The work is easy, the environment is dreadful

Visited this facility January 25, 2018.This place seems to be of great importance.I could not see or talk to the people I had wanted to because I showed up unannounced. I was hoping to make the acquaintance of the Plant Manager or Maintenance Manager to propose future business.The Security Guard was a very nice, polite gentleman who was able to carry forth some of the information I had brought.Hoping to visit this facility in the near future.

I called this company and they were not able to help me at all I was looking for someone and since I did not have an ext. # for the person I was looking for said he couldn't help me. I asked to speak to payroll dept. as well as human resources guy would not transfer me. Very unprofessional.

It was an alright experience but because it was too risky and too demanding as well as stressful it wasn't for me. But Rohit, Ahsan, Andrew and the team leaders including people that trained me on the first day were all super polite and made accurate sense whenever they explained about certain things. However, I also found it that it wasn't a fit for me but it's all good. At least I tried something new.

Absolutely the Worst Work Environment and Culture.I can't speak for the people that work in the massive factory but in the office area, it's absolute dreadful. I don't know how any normal person can live with themselves knowing that they work there. The work environment is very dirty and the washrooms are filthy. They have a cafeteria that only accepts cash, it's cheap but I've had better food when I was in the hospital. The culture is also pretty horrid. Most managers like to use their bully tactics to encourage their employees to work harder. They are also very sexist from what I've seen and heard. My department was lead by an absolute knob along with the rest of the team. There's a saying the blind leading the blind" this definitely is the true definition of Modatek Systems. I can't believe I wasted my time there. Lesson learned.
